Why we built LMP, and who it's for.
Built from a real paper diary
LMP started from watching a building labour contractor manage several sites at once using nothing but a handwritten daily diary — one page per building, per week, tallying up worker categories by hand and doing the wage math on the same page. It worked, but it was slow, easy to miscount, and hard to hand off cleanly to a building owner at the end of the week.
Keep the workflow, remove the friction
We didn't want to reinvent how contractors work — the diary format (categories, daily counts, weekly totals, a payment summary) is already exactly right. LMP just moves that same workflow onto a phone: faster entry, automatic math, and a shareable weekly report that replaces the torn-out diary page.
