LMP by Makvishan ("the app") is a tool for building labour contractors to track worker attendance and payments across their construction sites. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. This is used only to identify your account within the app.
Everything else you enter — building names, owner contact details, worker categories, daily attendance counts, and payment records — is data you create and control. It is stored securely in your own account and is never shared with other users of the app.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide the app's core features: recording attendance, calculating wages, tracking payments, and generating weekly summary reports. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Sharing Weekly Reports
When you use the "Share with Owner" feature, the app generates a PDF report and hands it to your device's native share sheet. You choose who receives it (e.g. via WhatsApp, email, or another app) — we do not send this report anywhere ourselves.
Data Storage
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). Firebase applies industry-standard security practices, and access to your data is restricted to your signed-in account only.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data remains in the app until you delete it. Buildings with no recorded activity can be deleted directly from the app. If you would like your entire account and all associated data deleted, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for business use by adults (contractors managing labour payments) and is not directed at children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
