These terms govern your use of LMP by Makvishan ("the app"). By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the App
The app helps building labour contractors record daily worker attendance, calculate wages by category, track additional payments, and share weekly summaries with building owners.
Your Responsibility for Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter — including attendance counts, daily rates, and payment amounts. The app performs calculations based only on what you enter and does not independently verify attendance or payments.
Account & Access
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure, since anyone with access to your signed-in device can view and edit your data.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate calculations and reliable data storage, we do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify important figures before making or receiving payments based on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, disputes with building owners or workers, or other damages arising from your use of the app, including from data entry errors, calculation reliance, or service interruptions.
Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We will do our best to preserve your existing data across updates.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by signing out or uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend access if the app is used in a way that violates these terms.
Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
